How I Help Clients Thrive
I believe it is imperative to meet my clients where they are. Each client is coming from a different point in life but has made the decision to seek the help of a counselor which is a major step in the overall process. I create a safe place for my clients to be empowered and grow as individuals or couples. Listening to my clients with unconditional positive regard and creating a safe, trusting environment to work through challenges and progress toward goals, I help clients to identify strengths and provide them with tools and knowledge to implement in their everyday life by using evidence-based treatments.
What I Do For Fun
My husband and I have been married for 6 years and we’ve loved to travel ever since! Being able to step out of our comfort zone and experience different food, art, culture, and history the cities have to offer is astonishing. I love spending time with my husband, family, friends, church and my Golden Retriever, Jax. I also enjoy reading, weight training and just about anything that gets me outdoors!
“There is no normal life that is free of pain. It’s the very wrestling with our problems that can be the impetus for our growth.” -Mr. Rodgers
